Agentic website design and migration in Singapore

Keep the content. Change who edits the website.

Your team asks for the change, checks it and publishes it. We build the website that makes that work, or move yours into it from WordPress, Webflow, Framer or Lovable, with every page readable by Google and AI tools.

4.9 star Google rating for D'Marketing Agency4.9 from 79 Google reviews. SME500 Singapore award winner, 2023. 20 years in digital marketing.

Why does a small website change take so long?

Every change waits on someone else

A new page for a campaign, a headline that isn’t working, a price that changed. Each one is a message to the developer, then a wait.

You pay for the platform and still hit its limits

The plan, the plugins and the seats add up, and the change you need is still the one the builder won’t do.

Customers ask ChatGPT who to call

More buyers ask an AI tool for a recommendation before they search. It can only suggest the businesses whose pages it can read.

Leads arrive with no story attached

The form says someone enquired. It doesn’t say which ad, search or page brought them in.

We moved our own 767-page site off WordPress first

We checked Google Singapore on 28 October 2026, and our homepage was first for “digital marketing agency”. Rankings move, so we print the date we checked.

The site behind it, digitalmarketingagency.sg, used to run on WordPress. It’s now a static site served from a GitHub repository, with 1,011 old addresses redirected to their new pages.

In the 30 days to 6 November 2026, 369 of the 370 changes to it were made with an AI coding agent. A check ran before each one went live, and a failed check stops the release. The page you’re reading was built that way, and so was the llms.txt file AI tools read.

Your website has new readers, and some of them are AI

Two kinds of AI now use your website. One kind reads it: ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers and other assistants visit your pages, work out what you do, and decide whether to mention you when a customer asks.

The other kind edits it, and that’s the AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor can change a website’s code when someone asks in plain English.

An agentic website is built for both kinds of AI. We build it in Next.js, with every page served as plain HTML, structured data on each page and an llms.txt file that tells AI tools what’s where. The code sits in a repository with your brand rules and the agent’s instructions. You ask for a new page or a different headline, check what the agent did, and publish it. Routine changes go from request to preview in one conversation.

What your team can do once it’s built

Pages Google and AI tools can read

Every public page loads as plain HTML, linked from clear menus, with structured data, a sitemap and an llms.txt file. Search engines and AI assistants reach the right page and can tell what it covers.

Every old address sent to its new page

When we move a site, each address Google has indexed points to its new page. Titles, descriptions and internal links come across too.

Change a page by asking in plain English

Ask for a new industry page. The agent reads your existing pages, writes the copy in your brand voice, runs the SEO checks, adds the page to the menu and sends you a preview link. You look it over before it goes live.

See which campaign brought in each lead

Each enquiry arrives with its campaign, the ad click it came from, the site that sent the visitor and the page they filled the form on. Sales can see where the lead came from before they call.

A broken link or a missing title stops the release

A shared list of checks runs before any change goes live: links, page titles, headings, forms, redirects and search settings. When one fails, nothing is published until it’s fixed.

Keep it, move it or build new?

Build a new site

Starting out, or ready to replace what you have? From the first page it has structured data, a sitemap and an llms.txt file, and your brand rules are written into the code for the agent to follow.

Move the site you have

Your design, pages, posts and the addresses Google already knows come with you from WordPress, Webflow, Framer or Lovable. We rebuild your homepage first so you can compare it with the old one, then move the rest.

Keep your site and add the parts

Already on Next.js or another code-first setup? We add the pieces you’re missing, such as llms.txt, structured data, lead source tracking or checks before release, and leave the rest alone.

How it works, step by step

Get your free site audit. Send us the site you have, or tell us what you want built. We look at what Google and AI tools can read today and where changes get stuck.

Check the first page. For a move, that’s your new homepage next to the old one. The design, the shared sections and the agent’s rules are set here, before anything else moves.

We build or move the rest, then launch. Every page goes through the checks and every old address gets its redirect. Your team gets the repository and a walk-through of how to ask for changes.

Keep the new site easy to change and look after

A website outlasts the person who built it. So everything the next person or agent needs goes into the code: what you sell and to whom, the agent’s instructions, your colours and fonts, your brand voice, sample content, the reusable page sections and the SEO rules every page follows. A new teammate, or a new AI tool, starts from the same rules as the last one.

If you’d rather not touch it, our maintenance plans start at S$100 a month. Our SEO plans, from S$600 a month, keep working on the pages after launch.

Questions owners ask before they move

Can our team change the site ourselves?
Yes. Your team asks an AI coding agent such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor for the change, checks the preview and publishes it. The repository explains where everything lives and what has to pass before release, so anyone comfortable reviewing a change can run most updates. If you’d rather we made them, a maintenance plan covers it.
What happens to our Google rankings during the move?
We protect the parts you control: the addresses that matter, page copy, titles, descriptions, internal links, structured data, and a redirect for every page that moves. Rankings can still shift for a while as Google processes a move, and we watch for it after launch.
Who controls the website after launch?
You do. The code sits in a repository you own, and you keep your content, your data and your accounts. If you ever move on, you take all of it with you.
Will ChatGPT start recommending us?
Nobody can promise that. An agentic website gives AI tools a clear map of what you do, and whether they mention you still depends on how useful and trusted your pages are. That part is what our AI SEO work covers.
Do we have to start from scratch?
No. We can build a new site, move the one you have, or add the missing pieces to a site that’s already in code.
How do you move a site into code?
Our team works through it with an AI coding agent. It lists every page and file on your current site and rebuilds them in Next.js. We compare the result with the old site in a browser before moving on, and a person checks each step.
How much does an agentic website cost?
We quote after the free site audit, once we know how many pages, posts and forms are involved and what has to connect to them.
