Your list is growing. Your sales from it aren’t.

Most lists we look at have the same three gaps.

Nobody owns it

Someone sends a newsletter when there’s a sale or a quiet week. Then months go by and the list forgets who you are.

No automated emails

New subscribers get nothing. Shoppers leave a full cart and never hear from you. Those are the emails that usually sell.

No idea what it earns

You can see opens. You can’t see which email brought in which order or enquiry.

EDM newsletters, automated flows or cold email: pick where to start

EDM newsletters

Promotional, seasonal or educational emails in your branding, written and designed by our team. Bronze sends one a month and Gold sends four.

From $100 a month, with a one-off setup fee of the same amount.

Automated email flows

A welcome series and abandoned-cart emails that send themselves, with review, cross-sell and browse-abandonment flows on the higher plans. Each plan adds list segments and a sign-up popup.

From $150 a month, plus a $250 setup.

Cold email outreach

B2B outreach from separate domains we register for you and warm up for two weeks, 500 to 1,500 emails a month with follow-ups. Every reply lands in your CRM or a Google Sheet.

From $400 a month, plus a $300 setup.

Automate the emails you keep forgetting to send

Some emails should go out every time a customer does something. Someone joins your list, so they get a welcome series. Someone leaves items in their cart, so they get a reminder. Someone buys, so they’re asked for a review and shown what goes with it.

We set the flows up and test them. Then we keep adding: one new flow a quarter on Bronze, two on Silver and three on Gold, each written for the customers you have. Nobody on your team has to remember to send them.

Why your emails land in spam, and how we fix it

Inbox placement comes down to a few basics: your domain’s authentication, a clean list and a good sender reputation. Mailbox providers notice when people ignore or delete your emails, and start sending them to spam.

We handle the authentication, keep your list clean and engaged, and watch the numbers that warn you early. For cold email, every plan includes a deliverability check and setup, and new addresses are warmed up for two weeks before they send.

B2B outreach by email, without burning your domain

Cold emailing gets you in front of businesses that don’t know you yet. Done badly, it gets your main domain flagged and your normal emails start landing in spam too.

So we send from separate domains and mailboxes, registered free as part of your plan and warmed up before the first send. Plans run from 500 to 1,500 emails a month, follow-ups included. Every reply triggers an alert and goes into your CRM or a Google Sheet.

See what each email brought in

Opens are in the report, but they’re not the headline. We track clicks, conversions and revenue for each send and each flow, plus how your list is growing. On Silver and Gold you get a monthly report and a campaign calendar, so you know what’s going out next.

What is email marketing, and what do email marketing services include?

Email marketing is sending emails to people who agreed to hear from you: customers, past enquiries and subscribers. In Singapore the newsletters and promotions are often called EDMs. Then there are automated emails, triggered by what someone does, and cold outreach to businesses that haven’t heard of you yet.

Email marketing services take the work off your hands. An agency plans the campaigns, writes and designs the emails, sets up the automations and segments, keeps your emails out of spam, and reports on what they bring in. You keep the list and the account.

How to choose an email marketing agency in Singapore

Ask any agency these, us included.

  • Who writes the emails?
  • Which automated flows do you build, and how many are included?
  • Will the list and the email account stay in my name?
  • How do you handle deliverability and sender reputation?
  • How do you grow the list, and how do you handle consent under the PDPA?
  • Do you report revenue and conversions, or only opens? If it’s only opens, you won’t know what the emails earn.

Common email marketing mistakes

  • Sending the same email to the whole list instead of segmenting
  • No welcome or abandoned cart flows
  • Subject lines that don’t give a reason to open
  • Ignoring deliverability until the emails are already in spam
  • Sending cold email from your main domain
  • Judging emails on opens instead of clicks and sales

Email marketing terms, in plain English

  • EDM: electronic direct mail, the Singapore name for a marketing email or newsletter
  • Flow: an automated series of emails triggered by something a subscriber does
  • Segment: a group of subscribers who share something, such as recent purchases
  • Open rate: the share of people who opened an email
  • Click-through rate: the share of people who clicked a link in it
  • Deliverability: whether your emails reach the inbox
  • Warm-up: a new address sends a few emails at first and more each day, until mailbox providers trust it
  • PDPA: Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act

Email marketing platforms, or an agency?

Most email marketing software is easy to use now. A drag and drop editor, ready-made email templates, A/B testing and basic marketing automation come with most paid plans, and many platforms have a free plan or a free trial for small businesses.

The tool was never the hard part. Someone still has to plan the campaigns, write and design every email, build the segments, set up the automation features and check what each send earned. That’s where the hours go, and it’s why so many lists sit unused.

We work inside the email marketing platform that suits you, or set up a new one. You keep the account. We do the content creation, the setup and the sending, so you save time without losing control of your list.

An email marketing strategy that fits the rest of your marketing

Email works best as part of integrated marketing. Your SEO, paid ads and social media marketing bring people to your site, and email is how you stay in touch after they leave. A popup or lead magnet turns a visit into a subscriber, the right email marketing campaigns turn subscribers into customers, and re-engagement emails bring back the ones who drift away.

For B2B, email marketing also feeds lead generation. Cold outreach finds new accounts, and newsletters keep warm leads interested until they’re ready to talk. If you need the wider digital marketing plan as well, see our lead generation and content marketing services.

What makes email campaigns work

  • A clear reason to open in the subject line
  • One main call to action per email
  • The right email for the right segment, instead of one blast to everyone
  • Emails that read well on a phone, where most people open them
  • A/B testing of subject lines and offers, one change at a time
  • Sending often enough to be remembered, and not so often people unsubscribe

How soon will we see results? Questions owners ask us

How soon will I see results?
Campaigns can bring in sales straight away, and welcome and abandoned-cart flows start working as soon as they’re live. Results build over time as the list grows and we improve each send.
What’s the difference between an EDM and email marketing?
EDM, short for electronic direct mail, is what most people in Singapore call a marketing email or newsletter. Email marketing also covers automated flows and cold outreach.
How much does email marketing cost in Singapore?
Our newsletter plans run from $100 to $320 a month, automated flows from $150 to $280 and cold email from $400 to $800, each with a one-off setup fee. We suggest where to start after the free audit.
Which email platforms do you work with?
The major ones, including Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot and ActiveCampaign. We can set up a new account or improve and migrate the one you have.
Do I have to sign for a year?
No. You can pay monthly, quarterly, for six months or for a year, and the longer plans cost less a month.
What is email automation?
Emails that send based on what a subscriber does: a welcome series when they join, an abandoned-cart email when they don’t check out, a win-back when they go quiet. We build them once and they keep sending.
Do you write and design the emails?
Yes. Our team does both, in your branding, so the emails look right on phones and desktops.
How do you grow my email list?
With permission-based sign-ups: opt-in forms, popups, lead magnets and offers on your website and in your funnels.
What is list segmentation, and why does it matter?
It groups subscribers by behaviour, interests or where they are as customers, so each one gets emails that fit. Relevant emails get more opens, clicks and sales than one email sent to everyone.
Will my emails land in the inbox or spam?
We handle the basics that decide inbox placement, authentication, list hygiene and sender reputation, and keep your list clean and engaged so mailbox providers keep trusting you.
Is email marketing PDPA compliant?
When it’s done properly, yes. We build permission-based programmes with clear opt-in consent, easy unsubscribes and proper data handling, in line with Singapore’s PDPA and Spam Control Act.
Can email work with my other marketing?
Yes, and it works best that way. Email catches the people your sales funnels, social media, ads and SEO bring in, and keeps them coming back.
What is the average cost of email marketing services?
In Singapore, agencies often set minimum budgets of about $1,000 to $5,000 a month. Ours start at $100 a month for newsletters and $150 for automated flows, plus a one-off setup fee.
How much does it cost to send 1000 emails?
On an email platform it depends on the plan and your list size, and many have free or entry plans for small lists. For cold outreach, our Silver plan covers 1,000 emails a month, follow-ups included, for $600.
Is email marketing still worth it in 2026?
Yes for most businesses with a list. You own the list, and the emails reach people who asked to hear from you, without paying per click.
Is email marketing legitimate?
Yes, when people have agreed to receive your emails and can unsubscribe easily. Bought lists and emails with no way to opt out are what give it a bad name.
What is the best email marketing service?
The one that fits your list and your team. Online stores often prefer platforms built for automated flows, and B2B firms often want one linked to their CRM, so we suggest one after the audit.
Can email marketing help grow my business if my list is small?
Yes. A small list of people who asked to hear from you often sells better than a big one that’s gone cold. We start with welcome and abandoned cart flows, then grow the list with popups and offers.
Do you also do SMS marketing?
Our plans cover email. Some email marketing platforms add email and SMS together, and we can advise on that during the audit.
Do your email campaigns comply with Singapore's PDPA and Spam Control Act?
Yes. We build campaigns around Singapore's marketing rules: under the Spam Control Act, commercial emails must include a clear unsubscribe option and a valid sender address, and unsubscribe requests must be honoured. We also follow the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) on how subscriber data is collected, used, and stored. You remain the data controller, and we help you keep consent and opt-out handling in order.
How long before we see results from an email marketing campaign?
You can usually read early signals such as open rate and click-through rate within the first few sends, often in the first few weeks. Meaningful trends in conversions and revenue typically take two to three months as we test subject lines, segments, and send times and refine based on the data. Results depend heavily on your list quality, offer, and how often you are able to email.
What do we need to provide to get started with DMA?
To start, we need access to your email platform or subscriber list, your brand assets such as logo and colours, and a clear idea of the offers or content you want to promote. If you do not yet have a list, we can advise on compliant ways to build one. From there we handle strategy, design, copywriting, scheduling, and performance reporting for each campaign.
