Cancel your plan

To cancel, send us a WhatsApp message at +65 8971 9405. On a monthly plan, the 30 days' notice starts from that message.

What happens to your data

It stays. None of our products deletes your data when you cancel, so your chats, contacts and files remain until you ask us to delete them. See Your data and how to delete it.

Annual plans

Ending an annual plan early is covered in section 7.1 of our terms and conditions.
