EDM marketing in Singapore, every plan priced
Your newsletter goes out every month, and nobody on your team has to write it
One to four emails a month in your branding, planned, written and designed by our team and sent to people who asked to hear from you. From $100 a month.
What should an EDM do for your business?
EDM, short for electronic direct mail, is what most people in Singapore call a marketing email or newsletter. It goes to your whole list, or part of it, on a schedule.
Ours are promotional, seasonal or educational. That might be a sale or a launch, a festive offer, or tips that keep you in mind between purchases. Each one asks for one thing: an order, a booking or a reply.
What you get each month on an EDM plan
| Plan | EDMs a month | Report | Also included | Price a month | Setup, one-off |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 1 | Every quarter | Technical support, up to 1 hour | $100 | $100 |
| Silver | 2 | Every month | Campaign calendar, support up to 2 hours | $180 | $180 |
| Gold | 4 | Every month | Campaign calendar, support up to 3 hours | $320 | $320 |
Each price is the monthly rate on a 12-month plan, and month to month costs more (Bronze is $143).
We plan each email, write it, design it in your branding and check it on phone and desktop before it sends. On Silver and Gold you get a campaign calendar every month, so you know what’s going out next.
Your EDMs send from your own email platform, or a new one we set up. You keep the account and the list.
How much does EDM marketing cost in Singapore?
With us, an EDM plan costs $100 to $320 a month on a 12-month plan, plus a one-off setup fee of the same amount. That covers one to four emails a month. If you use a paid email platform, its subscription is on top.
Agencies in Singapore often set minimum budgets of about $1,000 to $5,000 a month for email marketing.
Pay monthly, quarterly, for six months or for a year. Monthly plans have a one-month minimum and then 30 days’ notice, and annual plans are paid up front, with no refund after 14 days. You can buy any plan online without a call.
Why your EDMs land in spam, and how we fix it
Inbox placement comes down to a few basics: your domain’s authentication, a clean list and a good sender reputation. Mailbox providers notice when people ignore or delete your emails, and start sending them to spam.
So we set up the authentication before your first EDM goes out. Then we keep your list clean and engaged, and watch the numbers that warn you early.
Sent only to people who agreed to hear from you
Your EDMs go to customers and subscribers who opted in. Every one carries an unsubscribe link and your sender address, and anyone who unsubscribes stops getting them. Singapore’s Spam Control Act asks for all three, so we build every send around them.
You stay the data controller under the PDPA, and we help you keep consent and opt-outs in order. If your list is small, we’ll suggest ways to grow it with people’s consent.
Why did your open rate go up while sales stayed flat?
Opens are easy to count and easy to misread. So your report leads with clicks, conversions and revenue for each EDM, plus how your list is growing. Bronze gets the report every quarter, and Silver and Gold get it every month.
Common EDM mistakes we fix first
- One email to the whole list, when a segment would get a better answer
- A newsletter that goes out only when someone has time
- Subject lines that don’t give a reason to open
- Ignoring deliverability until the emails are already in spam
- Judging each send on opens instead of clicks and sales
Your EDMs go out on a calendar. Welcome and cart emails go out the moment someone acts.
A newsletter can’t greet a new subscriber the day they join, or remind a shopper about a full cart. Automated flows do that, and ours start at $150 a month plus a $250 setup.
