  • Costs, contracts and KPIs: what to settle before you sign

These are the ten advertising and creative agencies Singapore’s own best-agency lists name most often, with what each one sells, read from their own sites on 2 November 2026. Only two of the ten publish a price: MediaOne and Absolute Digital, for running paid ads.

We’re a marketing agency too, so you’ll find us once, at the end, marked “this is us” and not ranked.

What the ten make and what they charge, side by side

Here’s each agency’s lowest published price and its Google rating on 2 November 2026. The second column shows how many of the five publishers name it.

We’ve copied each price the way the agency’s site prints it, which means a “$” with no currency. Ad spend is on top of any fee here.

How we chose the ten, and why we’re not ranked

We read nine pages on 2 November 2026: most rank on Google Singapore for “best advertising agencies in singapore” or “creative agencies singapore”, and two are MediaOne’s own list pages. Seven of them name agencies, and they come from five publishers: Vantage Branding, Creativeans, The Drum, Moris Media and MediaOne. A publisher with two lists counts once.

We counted how many of the five name each agency. Ogilvy and TBWA lead on 3, then DDB on 2. Every other agency here is named by one publisher, so Google review counts decided those seven places. That’s thin evidence, so treat the count as a rough guide. One of the five, The Drum, wrote its list in 2017.

We left out directories, ourselves and any agency with no Singapore address on its site or no working site, which took out BBDO Singapore and The Secret Little Agency. MediaOne names itself in its own list, and we counted that like any other mention.

Then we read each agency’s own pages on the same day, and took ratings and review counts from Google Maps. Nobody paid to be here, we didn’t score anyone, and the entries run A to Z.

digitalmarketingagency.sg is at 1 Tampines North Drive 1, in T-Space, and we’ve been doing this for 20 years. We run Google Ads, social ads and social media, with SEO and design, under our digital marketing services. If you need a global brand campaign, a network suits that better.

  • Price: our all-in-one plans are Bronze S$2,000, Silver S$3,500 and Gold S$5,000 a month on an annual plan, or S$2,857 to S$7,143 month to month. Annual plans are paid up front, with no refund after 14 days.
  • Each plan covers SEO, Google Ads, social ads, social media management, ad hoc design and web maintenance. Google Ads alone starts from S$250 a month.

How to choose by what you need made: network, local agency or small studio

The ten sort into three groups, and which one fits depends on the work.

  • A global network: Ogilvy, TBWA and DDB. They suit a brand campaign across channels or countries. None of them prints a price, so ask for their minimum budget in your first email.
  • A local agency that runs ads: Absolute Digital, Activa Media, Elevan August Media, MediaOne and Outrankco. They suit you if you want Google, Meta or TikTok ads running next month and a monthly report on them.
  • A brand or design studio: Bravo Creative and Creative For More. They suit a new name, a new logo or a brand that needs rethinking before you spend on ads.

If you need ads and don’t have a brand you’re happy with, do the brand first. Paying to show people something you’re about to change wastes the budget.

What Singapore agencies charge: project or retainer

Most of the ten don’t publish prices, so we’ve used the two best sources we found. One is Hamilton Sherwind’s guide to mid-tier Singapore agencies of 10 to 60 staff, read on 2 November 2026.

What you’re buyingHamilton Sherwind’s range (SGD)
Name, logo and short guideline for an SME18,000 to 35,000, one project
One campaign in one market over 3 months, before production and media80,000 to 150,000
Social media retainer4,000 to 12,000 a month
Paid media management2,000 to 4,000 a month, plus 8% to 15% of ad spend

The other is MediaOne’s Google Ads page, which says most agencies charge 15% to 20% of monthly ad spend with a minimum fee of about 800 to 1,500 dollars. It suggests a starting ad budget of 2,000 to 3,000 dollars a month.

Our Google Ads cost guide goes through click prices and fees in more detail.

The Productivity Solutions Grant ended on 29 September 2026. Some lists still mention it, so don’t plan your budget on it.

Costs, contracts and KPIs: what to settle before you sign

  • Ad spend: whether the quote includes it, and who pays the platform.
  • Production: what’s in the fee, and what a photo shoot, video or extra round costs.
  • Ad accounts: they’re in your name, and you keep them when you leave.
  • Term: the minimum months, the notice period and what happens at renewal.
  • KPIs: the number you’ll both judge the work on, measured from a baseline taken before it starts.
  • Report: who sends it, how often, and whether it shows enquiries and sales as well as reach.

Seven questions to shortlist an advertising agency

  1. What’s your minimum monthly fee or project size?
  2. Who will actually work on my account, and can I meet them?
  3. Can you show me work for a business my size?
  4. What did that work bring in, and how do you know?
  5. What’s in the fee, and what costs extra?
  6. Will the ad accounts and creative files be mine?
  7. What will you do in the first 30 days?

Send the same questions to three agencies. Then read their Google reviews, because a 4.6 from 9 reviews tells you less than a 4.9 from 250.

Questions Singapore businesses ask about advertising agencies

Which is the best advertising agency in Singapore?

That depends on what you need made and on your budget, so no list can settle it for you. Across the five publishers we counted, Ogilvy Singapore and TBWA\Singapore were named most often, on 3 each.

How much does an advertising agency cost in Singapore?

Among the ten here, published fees start from $180 a month at MediaOne and $1,800 a month plus $2,000 set up at Absolute Digital, with ad spend on top. One guide puts a single-market campaign from a mid-tier agency at SGD 80,000 to 150,000.

What’s the difference between an advertising agency and a creative agency?

An advertising agency plans and runs the ads. A creative agency makes the idea, the brand and the look. Plenty of agencies here do some of both, so ask which part their own team does.

Is my budget too small for an agency?

Ask for the minimum before you spend time on a pitch. If you can only spend a few hundred dollars a month on ads, one good channel run well will do more than a retainer spread thin.

Do I need the same agency for brand and ads?

No. Many businesses use a studio for the brand and a separate agency to run the ads. Just make sure the ads team gets the brand files and the reasons behind them.

Can I still use the Productivity Solutions Grant for advertising?

No. Enterprise Singapore closed it on 29 September 2026, so any list that still shows vendors for it is out of date.
