These are the ten web design companies Singapore’s own best-web-designer lists name most often, with what each builds and what it charges, read from their own sites on 2 November 2026. Six of the ten publish website prices, and a small business site from those six starts at about $2,500 to $4,800.

We build websites too, so you’ll find us once, at the end, marked “this is us” and not ranked.

What the ten build and what they charge, side by side

Here’s each company’s lowest published price for a full website and its Google rating on 2 November 2026. The second column shows how many of the nine publishers name it.

CompanyPublishers naming it (of 9)Lowest published website priceGoogle rating
Awebstar7Not published4.8 (103 reviews)

eFusion Technology7Not published4.9 (136 reviews)

Orfeostory4Not published4.8 (62 reviews)
Verz Design8$2,500 (corporate website)4.5 (306 reviews)

We’ve copied each price the way the company’s site prints it, which often means a “$” with no currency. All ten have a Singapore office and quote Singapore clients.

How we chose the ten, and why we’re not ranked

We read 11 pages on 2 November 2026: the best-web-designer lists that rank on Google Singapore for “best web design company singapore”, plus three more that draw Singapore visits by DataForSEO’s estimate. Ten of them name companies, and the eleventh is a service page that names none.

BestSEO.sg’s list features Best Marketing’s founders, so we counted those two as one publisher. That leaves nine publishers. We counted how many of the nine name each company and kept the ten named most often. Ties went to the company with more Google reviews. We left out directories, one-person freelancers and ourselves.

Four of the nine publishers made this ten: Awebstar, eFusion, MediaOne and Verz Design. Each names itself, and we counted that like any other mention. None of the nine names us.

Then we read each company’s own website page and price page on the same day, and took ratings and review counts from Google Maps. Nobody paid to be here, we didn’t score anyone, and the entries run A to Z.

How much should you budget for a website in Singapore?

A small business website built by a Singapore agency usually costs S$3,000 to S$8,000. That comes from the seven Singapore price guides behind our website cost guide, read on 27 September 2026.

What you’re buildingWhat most Singapore guides quote (SGD, one-off)
Basic site, 3 to 8 pages1,500 to 5,000
Small business site, 5 to 20 pages with a CMS3,000 to 8,000
Corporate site7,000 to 15,000 and up
Online store6,000 to 30,000
Custom web app15,000 to 50,000 and up

The six companies above that publish prices sit inside those bands, and Verz Design is the only one whose online store price we found: $5,000 and up. Our own plans sit below most of the bands, at S$699 to S$2,999.

The Productivity Solutions Grant ended on 29 September 2026. Some sites still show packages built around it, so don’t plan your budget on it.

How to compare web design quotes in Singapore

Line up three quotes. Check the same six things on each.

  • Pages: how many get their own design.
  • Words: who writes them. MediaOne includes content writing, and many quotes don’t.
  • Enquiries: the form, the WhatsApp link and where each message lands.
  • Google: page titles, redirects from your old pages and a sitemap, in writing.
  • Revisions: how many rounds you get, and what a change costs after that.
  • Upkeep: hosting, updates and fixes in the first year, and the price from year two.

To get quotes you can compare, send each company the same short brief: your current site, what the new one has to do, three sites you like, and your budget.

Who owns the site after launch: a contract checklist

Most trouble starts after launch, when the designer stops answering. So ask before you sign.

  • Domain: it’s registered in your name, on an account you can log in to.
  • Hosting: you know who holds it and what it costs each year.
  • Logins: you get the admin login for the website, and for Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Changes: you can edit text and photos, or you know what the company charges to do it.
  • Support: how many days after launch it runs, and how you reach someone.
  • Leaving: you get a full copy of the site if you move to another company.

How to shortlist a web design company in Singapore

  1. Cross off anyone outside your budget with the price column above. Ask the four that publish no price for a figure in your first email.
  2. Look for the build you need. Selling online? Check who names Shopify or an online store plan. Need to edit it yourself? Ask about WordPress.
  3. Read the Google reviews themselves. A 5.0 from 29 reviews tells you less than a 4.8 from 309.
  4. Open three sites each company has built, on your phone, and try the enquiry form.
  5. Ask the same questions of all three: what’s in the price, who writes the words, what happens to your old pages, and who answers after launch.

Questions Singapore businesses ask about web design companies

Which is the best web design company in Singapore?

No list can settle that for you, because it depends on your budget and what you’re building. Across the nine publishers we counted, Verz Design was named most often (8 times), followed by eFusion, Awebstar and MediaPlus on 7 each.

How much does a website cost in Singapore?

A small business site from an agency usually costs S$3,000 to S$8,000. Among the ten here, published prices for a full site start between $1500 and SGD 4,800.

How long does a website take to build?

MediaOne quotes 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the pages, the content and the revision rounds. Lemonade says 4 to 6 weeks is typical for a simpler site of 5 to 7 pages. Get the dates in the quote.

Should I hire a web design company or a freelancer?

A freelancer often costs less, and suits a small site you can look after yourself. A company suits you when you need design, words, SEO and upkeep in one place. Our freelancer and agency comparison goes through the numbers.

Will a new website show up on Google?

Not by itself. Ask what SEO is in the price, and make sure your old pages redirect to the new ones so you keep what they’ve earned. Ranking for competitive searches takes SEO work after launch.

Can I still use the Productivity Solutions Grant for a website?

No. Enterprise Singapore closed it on 29 September 2026, so any package still built around it is out of date.
