We list the tools you run and where your team types the same details twice. Then we pick the workflow that pays back fastest, and you get a price for it. If we can't help, we'll say so. Book your demo call
Step 2 of 5: What we need from you
A short checklist of what we need from you
- Logins for the tools the workflow connects. It reads details from one tool and writes them into the next.
- An n8n or Make plan in your name. The workflow runs on it, and you pay for it yourself. Our n8n pricing guide shows what it costs.
Step 3 of 5: Setup by our team
We build it and connect your tools
Once we have everything in step 2, our team:
- Builds the workflow on your n8n or Make plan, for one job: quotes, job sheets, invoices or a weekly report.
- Connects the tools you already use.
- Sets an alert for when a step fails, and logs every run.
Step 4 of 5: Go live
Details typed once, from the first run
From the first run:
- The details your team used to retype go from one tool to the next.
- If it writes quotes, you check each one before it goes.
- If a step fails, you get an alert, and every run is logged.

Step 5 of 5: First-month check-in
After your first month, we check the run log with you
At the end of your first month, we go through every run with you: what ran, any alert, and whether the job still matches how your team works.
To have us keep watching it after that, add monitoring and fixes for S$150 a month.
What you pay after the call
A workflow costs from S$900, paid once, with no setup fee. You'll get your exact price on the demo call. You pay for your own n8n or Make plan.
Monitoring and fixes is an optional monthly plan, with a one-month minimum, then 30 days' notice. To stop it, send us a WhatsApp message at +65 8971 9405. On a monthly plan, the 30 days' notice starts from that message.
