How many people can reply?

Three on WhatsApp Inbox. Each extra person is $15 a month.

Is there a contract?

You choose. Pay month to month, or pay less on an annual plan. Monthly plans have a one-month minimum, then you can stop with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are paid up front, with no refund after 14 days.
