Save quick replies for answers you send often
A quick reply is a saved message with a shortcut. Anyone who can reply on your number can use, add and change its quick replies.
Send a quick reply
- Type / at the start of the message box, or after a space.
- Pick a reply with Enter, Tab or a click.
- Press Send.
The lightning button opens the same list.
Save a new one
- Type / in the message box, then press the pencil beside Quick replies.
- Press Add quick reply.
- Fill in Shortcut, without the slash, and Reply message. Add Files if the reply needs them.
- Press Save.
There's a faster way: type a new shortcut such as /hours, then press Save /hours as a quick reply.
In a reply, {{Name}}, {{Number}} and {{Source}} fill themselves in. A shortcut is one word of up to 25 characters. A reply holds up to 4,000 characters and 10 files, each under 15MB.
