Move a job to the next stage

Your board's stages are the columns on Kanban in Contacts. Our team sets them up for your trade, and you can change them any time.

Move a contact

Drag the card to the next column. You can also right-click the card, or hold it on a phone, and pick Move to stage.

Open the options button on a Kanban column heading.
Press Manage stages.
In Stages, press Add stage, press a stage's name to rename it, or use the arrows to move it.

Stale after sets how many days a card may sit in a stage before it turns red. Leave it blank for 14, or press Off.

A stage that holds contacts asks where to move them first, then Move and delete removes it. The last stage can't be deleted.
