Check your WhatsApp number is connected

Our team connects your WhatsApp number for you, as a linked device on your WhatsApp Business app. There's nothing to set up yourself, and connecting it sends nothing to anybody.

Check the connection

In the CRM section of the rail, open Inbox, then Conversations.
Open the business picker at the top of the page.
Press Check on the row for your business.

When the number isn't connected, a word shows beside its dot: logged out, not pointed here or not connected.

If it isn't connected

Tell us in your WhatsApp group which word you see. Our team reconnects the number for you.
