Minimum term, notice and refunds

Every software plan is monthly or annual, paid in advance, with no setup fee.

Monthly plans

A monthly plan has a one-month minimum. After that, you can end it with 30 days' notice, and you pay for the notice period. Monthly fees aren't refundable.

Annual plans

An annual plan is paid up front, and it costs less than paying monthly. If you ask us in writing within 14 days of the day we receive your payment, we refund it, less any third-party costs we've already paid for you, such as media spend, Meta's WhatsApp message fees or AI usage. There's no refund after those 14 days.
