Work through your leads
Leads from your Facebook and Instagram lead forms land on the Leads page.
Find a lead
- Open Leads.
- Press Sync from Meta to bring in the newest.
- Pick a tab: All Leads, New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted or Lost.
Search by name, email or campaign, or filter by Date and Campaign.
Mark where a lead is
Pick a new status from the menu on the lead's row, for example Contacted once you've called them.
Export them
Open Export and pick Export to CSV or Export to PDF. Customize Export... lets you choose what goes in.
