These are the ten social marketing agencies Singapore’s own best-agency lists name most often, with what each runs and what it charges, read from their own sites on 2 November 2026. Only four of the ten publish a price, starting at about $2,000 to $3,200 a month.

We run social media for clients too, so you’ll find us once, at the end, marked “this is us” and not ranked.

What the ten run and what they charge, side by side

Here’s each agency’s lowest published price and its Google rating on 2 November 2026. The second column shows how many of the nine lists name it.

AgencyLists naming it (of 9)Lowest published priceGoogle rating
2Stallions6Not published5.0 (9 reviews)
Brew Interactive4$10,000 for 3 months, TikTok4.9 (29 reviews)
Construct Digital3Not published4.5 (11 reviews)
Hashmeta5Starting at $3,000 a month4.9 (76 reviews)

NinjaPromo3$3,200 a month, 40 hours4.6 (9 reviews)
OOm5Not published4.8 (309 reviews)
We Are Social3Not published4.2 (5 reviews)

We’ve copied each price the way the agency’s site prints it, which mostly means a “$” with no currency. Ad spend is on top of any fee here.

How we vetted this list, and why we’re not ranked

We read 9 lists of the best social media agencies in Singapore on 2 November 2026, from the ones that rank on Google Singapore for “best social media agency singapore” and the ones that draw Singapore visits by DataForSEO’s estimate. One of them names only its own publisher, which works from Chennai, so it adds nothing to any count here.

We counted how many of those nine lists name each agency and kept the ten named most often. Ties went to the agency with more Google reviews. We left out directories, one-person freelancers and ourselves.

Two of the nine lists are written by agencies that made this ten: KPI Media and OOm. Each names itself, and we counted that like any other mention.

Then we read each agency’s own social media and price pages on the same day, and took ratings and review counts from Google Maps. Nobody paid to be here, we didn’t score anyone, and the entries run A to Z.

What social media should cost in Singapore

A first agency usually costs an SME S$1,500 to S$3,500 a month, according to the two lists that print price bands. These are Papercut’s monthly bands for social media management, read on 2 November 2026.

Who runs itPer month (SGD)
Freelancer or junior600 to 1,500
Specialist boutique1,500 to 3,500
Full-service agency2,000 to 4,500
Network or international4,000 to 10,000

Best Marketing’s bands come out close: $500 to $1,500 for organic posts only, $1,500 to $3,000 for posts plus ads, and $3,000 to $6,000 for strategy-led work across channels. It budgets ad spend separately, at $1,000 to $5,000 a month or more.

Our own plans sit at S$500 to S$2,000 a month, the low end of those bands, and they cover posts and graphics, with ads on a separate plan.

The Productivity Solutions Grant ended on 29 September 2026, so don’t plan your budget on any package still built around it.

Metrics that actually matter for a Singapore social media campaign

Likes are easy to report and hard to bank. Ask for these each month instead.

  • Enquiries and sales from social, tracked to the post or ad that brought them.
  • What each lead costs, if you’re running ads.
  • Saves, shares and comments from people who could actually buy.
  • Reach among people in Singapore, if that’s where you sell.
  • Which posts worked, and what changes next month because of it.

Red flags when you shortlist a social media agency

  • Reports that only show followers and likes.
  • Admin access to your own pages or ad account kept from you.
  • A promise of huge reach in the first month.
  • A flat number of posts, with no plan for what they’re meant to do.
  • An agency whose own social pages look neglected.

How to choose the right social media agency for your SME: a practical checklist

  1. Decide what you want: posts that keep you visible, ads that bring enquiries, or both. Several agencies here are ads shops, and others mostly post.
  2. Cross off anyone outside your budget, and ask the six that publish no price for a figure in your first email.
  3. Check who makes the content, and how many posts, reels and revisions the fee covers.
  4. Check the platforms. TikTok, LinkedIn or Xiaohongshu may cost extra.
  5. Read the Google reviews themselves. A 5.0 from 9 reviews tells you less than a 4.8 from 309.
  6. Ask for the minimum term, the notice period and a sample monthly report.

Questions Singapore businesses ask about social media agencies

Which is the best social media agency in Singapore?

That depends on your budget and on whether you want posts, ads or both, so no list can settle it for you. Across the nine lists we read, 2Stallions was named most often (6 times), followed by OOm and Hashmeta on 5 each.

How much does a social media agency cost in Singapore?

Usually S$1,500 to S$3,500 a month at a boutique or S$2,000 to S$4,500 at a full-service agency, with ad spend on top. Published fees among the ten start at about $2,000 to $3,200 a month.

What do social marketing agencies do?

They plan what to post, make it, post it, answer comments and report on it. Many also run paid ads on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, which is usually where the enquiries come from.

How long before social media brings in customers?

Ads can bring enquiries within weeks. Posts alone build slowly, so give them a few months, and ask for a report that tracks enquiries from the start.

Should we do social media in-house?

If someone on your team enjoys it and has time each week, start there. An agency makes sense when posting keeps slipping, or when you want ads run properly.

Can I still use the Productivity Solutions Grant for social media?

No. Enterprise Singapore closed it on 29 September 2026, so any list that still shows vendors for it is out of date.

Ready to see what social should actually cost you?

Whoever you pick, ask what they’ll post in month one and how you’ll see it worked. If you’d like us on your shortlist, our social media marketing page shows what we run, and the social media pricing page lists every plan and term.

Or ask us to review your social media first, free, and compare it with what the others send you.
