Does ChatGPT name your business? Free AI visibility check
See what ChatGPT says back when a buyer in your trade asks who to call: named or not, the line that names you, and the sites it trusted.
One check is a snapshot. ChatGPT's answers change from day to day and from person to person, so a buyer may see a different list.
What to fix next
- Look at the sites each answer cited. If a directory or review site is there and you're not on it, get listed. It's usually the quickest fix.
- Give ChatGPT a page to quote: one that answers the buyer's question in plain words, with your area in it.
- Use the same name, address and phone on your site, your Google Business Profile and every directory.
- Check your site's basics with our free SEO checker.
- Answers change, so check again next month.
- Keep the facts ChatGPT quoted the same everywhere you're listed.
On a free AI SEO call we put your buyers' questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google, and show you who gets named instead of you.

Type your business name the way your customers say it.
Pick your trade, and your area if you mostly serve one part of Singapore.
Press Check my business. We ask ChatGPT three questions a buyer in your trade types, with web search on, and show you what came back.
Know what buyers in your trade ask ChatGPT
Every trade on the list has three fixed questions, written the way buyers type them. Pick Tuition and enrichment, for example, and ChatGPT gets asked which tuition centre it would recommend for PSLE Maths. The other two cover secondary school Chemistry and phonics classes for a 5-year-old.
Your name isn't in any question, so ChatGPT answers as it would for a buyer who's never heard of you. Got a question of your own? Bring it to the free AI SEO call and we'll ask it there.

See what ChatGPT says back, question by question
Each answer gets a plain Named or Not named. When ChatGPT names you, you see the sentence it used, so you know how it describes you to a buyer. Every answer also lists the sites it cited.
You won't see the whole answer, or the businesses it named instead. We go through those with you on the free AI SEO call.
Which sites does ChatGPT trust for your trade, and are you on them?
With web search on, ChatGPT reads other sites before it answers, and it cites them. Often that's a directory, a review site or a forum thread, and sometimes a business's own website.
If one site turns up under all three questions and you're not on it, start there. And if your own website is cited, ChatGPT already reads it.
What to fix when ChatGPT doesn't name you
ChatGPT can only name a business it has read about. So most of the fixes come down to being where it reads:
- Get listed on the sites it cited.
- Put a page on your site that answers each buyer question, with your area and your prices.
- Use the same name, address and phone everywhere you're listed.
Your site's basics come first, and our free SEO checker tests them at no cost. Nobody can promise when ChatGPT will name you, or that it will. These changes give it more to read about you, from sources it already trusts.
Ranking on Google but missing from ChatGPT?
Your rankings hold, the enquiries thin out, and then a customer mentions that ChatGPT suggested someone else. It happens because ChatGPT builds its answer from the sites it reads, so a business can rank well on Google and still be left out.
Our SEO plans include the AI search work. That means structured data on your main pages and pages that answer buyers' questions up front. It also means the same facts about you across the web, plus listings on the sites AI tools quote. Plans start at $600 a month on a 12-month plan, with no second retainer for AI search.
Want to see where you stand on more than ChatGPT? On a free 30-minute AI SEO call, we put your buyers' questions to Gemini, Perplexity and Google too. You'll see who gets named instead of you, and what to fix first.
