You pay every month. Here’s what you get if the rankings don’t come.

On our Silver and Gold SEO plans, six months after we start, 10% of your agreed target keywords rank on page one or your organic Google traffic is 20% higher. Gold raises that to 15% or 25%. If we miss, you get three more months of the same plan free.

Most SEO guarantees go vague on the details. Which keywords count? Page one where, and by when? What do you get when the date passes? Our answers are written into clause 10.5 of our terms, and this page puts them in plain words.

Each price is the monthly rate on a 12-month plan, and month to month costs more (Traditional SEO Silver is $2,000). These four are the only plans the guarantee in clause 10.5 of our terms covers, and Lite and Bronze plans don’t carry it.

If we miss, you get three more months at no charge

We check both targets six months after the date we start work. If neither one is met, you get three further months of the same plan at no charge. Clause 10.5 of our terms makes those three months the only remedy for a missed guarantee.

Which keywords count, and who picks them

Only the target keywords we agree with you in writing before work starts. Silver covers up to 40 keywords and Gold up to 100, so if all 40 are your agreed targets on Silver, 10% means 4 of them on page one. On Gold, 15% of 100 is 15.

How we measure page one and organic traffic

Page one means the top 10 organic results on Google Singapore, as our rank tracker checks them. Silver tracks your rankings every two weeks and Gold every week, so you’ll see the trend long before the six-month check.

For traffic, we compare organic Google sessions in your Google Analytics for days 151 to 180 after the start date with the 30 days before it. That’s why we ask for Analytics access before we begin.

What the guarantee doesn’t cover

A number one spot. No plan promises one.
AI answers. Traditional + AI, Full Stack and the AI Search Upgrade name a six-month target for AI answers on their cards, with no free months attached. Nobody can promise you a place in an AI answer.
The other targets on our cards, such as the Map Pack target on Local SEO. Only the guarantee comes with three free months.
Lite and Bronze plans, Link Building, and every plan outside SEO and Local SEO.

What to agree on before you sign

The guarantee is set out in clause 10.5 of our terms, and it applies only when all four of these hold:

We agreed your target keywords in writing before work started.
Your plan stays active and paid for the full six months.
You give us the access clause 10.5 lists, including your website login and your Google Analytics and Search Console, and you keep Google Analytics installed the whole time.
Nobody makes a change to the website that we haven’t agreed, such as removing pages, changing URLs or moving domain, that affects its rankings or traffic.

The billing terms around it, in plain words:

You can pay monthly, quarterly, for six months or for a year. Monthly plans have a one-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice.
Annual plans are paid up front. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of paying, minus any third-party costs we’ve already paid, and there’s no refund after that.
If you end an annual or other fixed-term plan early, our terms charge 50% of the fees left on it.

Do you guarantee page one?

For a share of your agreed keywords, on Silver and Gold. Six months after we start, 10% of them should sit in the top 10 organic results on Google Singapore, or your organic Google sessions should be 20% higher, and Gold raises that to 15% or 25%. No plan promises a number one spot.

What do I get if you miss?

Three further months of the same plan at no charge. Clause 10.5 of our terms gives no other remedy.

Do I have to stay for six months?

Yes, for the guarantee to apply. Your plan has to stay active and paid for the full six months.

Do Lite and Bronze come with a guarantee?

No. Only Silver and Gold carry one, on Traditional SEO and Traditional + Local SEO.

Why six months?

Six months is the honest time frame for movement you can measure. We won’t promise anything sooner, on any plan.
