TikTok’s minimum is $20 a day per ad group, which is about S$26 if TikTok means US dollars. On our smallest plan, a month comes to S$1,154: S$500 for us, a suggested S$600 ad budget and S$54 GST.
We couldn’t find a Singapore CPM or CPC from TikTok itself. Three Singapore agencies publish estimates, so you’ll see all three here with their sources. We haven’t converted any US averages, because they don’t tell you what a click costs here.
How much is the minimum budget to advertise on TikTok in Singapore?
TikTok’s help page on budgets, last updated in July 2026, sets these floors:
| Level | Daily budget must exceed | Lifetime budget | In SGD |
|---|---|---|---|
| Campaign | $50 | Must exceed $50 | About S$64 |
| Ad group | $20 | $20 x the number of days | About S$26 |
That page writes “$” and doesn’t name a currency. TikTok’s best practice page does use US dollars, so we’ve converted at the European Central Bank’s rate for 30 October 2026, US$1 = S$1.2784. Check the floor Ads Manager shows you when you set your budget.
The floor only gets your ads delivered. TikTok recommends more when you have no cost per result yet:
| Your goal | TikTok’s recommended minimum | In SGD |
|---|---|---|
| Traffic, reach and other goals short of a conversion | 100 USD or equivalent | About S$128 |
| Shallow conversions, such as page views | 100 USD or equivalent | About S$128 |
| App installs | 200 USD or equivalent | About S$256 |
| Deep conversions, such as add to cart or purchase | 200 USD or equivalent | About S$256 |
TikTok lists these right after its tip to use a daily ad group budget, though the table doesn’t say “per day”. Read as daily, that’s about S$3,800 to S$7,700 a month, well above what the Singapore agency guides suggest:
- OOm’s performance marketing lead: S$450 to S$600 a month.
- First Page: S$50 to S$70 a day as the minimum, S$1,000 to S$3,000 for a 2 to 4 week test, then S$1,500 to S$5,000 a month.
- MarketingAgency.sg: S$1,500 to S$3,000 a month.
- Us: S$600 a month on our smallest plan, rising to S$5,000 on the largest.
Cost of a TikTok click in Singapore: three agencies’ estimates
| Source | Cost per click | Cost per 1,000 impressions | Cost per lead |
|---|---|---|---|
| OOm | S$0.50 to S$1, up to S$3 for lead generation | From about S$10 | Not given |
| First Page | S$0.50 to S$2.50, up to about S$3 for lead generation | S$4 to S$10 | S$50 to S$120 |
| MarketingAgency.sg | S$0.30 to S$1.50 | S$5 to S$18 | S$10 to S$50 |
None of the three says which accounts or dates its figures come from, and OOm’s title still says 2025. Treat them as rough guides. We haven’t added a fourth guess.
Your own cost depends on the auction. TikTok says it ranks ads by how much advertisers bid and how relevant the ads are to users. So a video people watch can cost you less than a dull one aimed at the same audience.

Book a call ›How to plan a TikTok test budget on S$600 a month
S$600 over 30 days is S$20 a day. That’s under the S$26 floor if the floor is in US dollars, so one ad group can’t run every day of the month. You have two ways to spend it:
- Run one ad group at the floor for about 23 days.
- Run a 14-day test at about S$43 a day.
Here’s what S$600 buys on the published estimates:
| What you get | Estimate used | What S$600 buys |
|---|---|---|
| Impressions | S$4 to S$18 per 1,000 | 33,000 to 150,000 |
| Clicks | S$0.30 to S$3 each | 200 to 2,000 |
| Leads, First Page’s estimate | S$50 to S$120 each | 5 to 12 |
| Leads, MarketingAgency.sg’s estimate | S$10 to S$50 each | 12 to 60 |
The spread is the lesson, because nobody can tell you your cost per lead before you’ve run the test.
TikTok says results usually steady after about 25 campaign results or 7 days. A lead campaign on First Page’s figures won’t reach 25 results on S$600, so give it the 7 days. TikTok also warns that pausing a campaign or making certain edits can keep it in the learning phase.
Work out your own number before you start. Say a new customer is worth S$500 in profit to you. A S$1,154 month then needs 3 new customers to pay for itself.
The costs most TikTok guides miss: GST, video and the agency fee
GST comes first. TikTok says the 9% rate applies to its advertising fees if you’re registered with it as a Singapore customer, which comes to S$54 on S$600. It won’t advise on tax, so ask your accountant whether you can claim that back.
Video comes next. Most TikTok ads are short videos, and our ad plans list graphics and copy, not filming. If you already post on TikTok, Spark Ads can boost a post you’ve made, so you have nothing new to film. If you don’t, our videography starts at S$500 a month, and creator videos start at S$400 a month for up to 2 videos.
The fee comes last. Agencies charge to run the ads, on top of what you pay TikTok. Ours is in the table below.
Budget planning by plan: what a month of TikTok ads adds up to
Every plan covers Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You pay your ad budget to TikTok directly, and we invoice our fee separately.
| Plan | Our fee on 12 months | Suggested ad budget | Month’s total on 12 months | Our fee month to month | Ad campaigns |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | S$500 | S$600 | S$1,154 | S$714 | 1 |
| Bronze | S$800 | S$1,000 | S$1,890 | S$1,143 | Up to 2 |
| Silver | S$1,200 | S$2,000 | S$3,380 | S$1,714 | Up to 4 |
| Gold | S$2,000 | S$5,000 | S$7,450 | S$2,857 | Up to 8 |
The total adds our 12-month fee, the suggested budget and 9% GST on that budget. It assumes all the budget goes to TikTok, so add whatever you spend on Meta. Prices are from our pricing page on 2 November 2026.
From Bronze up, the suggested budget covers the S$26 floor every day of the month. Gold’s works out at about S$167 a day, which clears TikTok’s S$128 recommendation.
Types of TikTok ads and which ones a small budget can buy
On a budget this size, you’re buying In-Feed Ads and Spark Ads. In-Feed Ads sit in the For You feed. OOm calls them more cost effective than the other formats, and they’re the ones the estimates above cover. Spark Ads boost a post that already exists.
The big brand formats are a different purchase. We couldn’t find a public TikTok rate card for them, and the Singapore guides disagree:
| Format | First Page | OOm |
|---|---|---|
| TopView | From S$7,000 a campaign | From $60,000 a day |
| Branded Hashtag Challenge | From S$200,000 | Not given |
| Branded Effects | From S$20,000 | Not given |
If you’re weighing one of these, ask TikTok for a quote in writing.
Are TikTok ads worth it for a Singapore SME?
The audience is there. DataReportal says TikTok’s ads reached 75.4% of Singapore adults at the end of 2025, about 3.80 million people, and those figures come from TikTok’s own ad tools.
They’re worth testing when all three of these are true:
- You have a video, or you can make one.
- Your buyer can say yes from a phone, by sending a WhatsApp message or filling in a short form.
- You can spend for a month without needing the money back that month.
If people already search for what you sell, start with Google Ads, because it reaches them while they’re looking. Our Google Ads cost guide lists what a click costs by industry.
How to match your TikTok budget to your campaign goal
TikTok’s own tips come down to five rules:
- Leave the campaign budget open at first, and set a daily budget on the ad group.
- Pick Maximum Results to spend the whole budget on as many results as it can get. Your cost per result will move around.
- Pick Target cost per result when you know what a result is worth. TikTok aims for your target, and the actual cost can land slightly above or below it.
- Don’t change targeting, bid or budget on a conversion campaign during the learning phase.
- Raise a budget by no more than 40% at a time during learning and 30% after it, and wait at least 2 days between changes.
Your TikTok ads cost questions, answered
How much do TikTok ads cost per month in Singapore?
There’s no fixed price. One ad group running every day at TikTok’s floor is about S$767 a month if the floor is in US dollars. Agency suggestions run from S$450 to S$5,000 a month. Our smallest plan totals S$1,154 with its suggested S$600 budget.
What is the minimum budget for TikTok ads?
Your ad group budget must exceed $20 a day, and a campaign budget, if you set one, must exceed $50. If TikTok means US dollars, that’s about S$26 and S$64 at the 30 October 2026 rate.
What is the average CPM and CPC for TikTok ads in Singapore?
There’s no official figure that we could find. Three Singapore agencies estimate S$0.30 to S$3 per click and S$4 to S$18 per 1,000 impressions, without saying which accounts those come from.
Is GST charged on TikTok ads in Singapore?
Yes, at 9%, if you’re registered with TikTok as a Singapore customer.
Do I need an agency to run TikTok ads?
No. TikTok Ads Manager is self-serve, so you can run them yourself. You’d pay an agency to save the hours and to have someone else write, test and report on the ads.
Is the ad budget included in your fee?
No. You pay your ad budget to TikTok directly, and we invoice our fee separately.
Does your S$500 plan include TikTok ads?
Yes. Every social ads plan lists Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ad campaign setup. The S$500 rate is on a 12-month term, and month to month it’s S$714.
