Switch from Wati, SleekFlow or respond.io, and find out what comes across before you pay
Your contacts, tags and saved replies come across with our team doing the work. Your number depends on how your provider set it up, so we check it on the demo call and tell you before you pay.
Your contacts, tags and saved replies, moved by our team
You keep answering customers in your current tool while we copy your contacts across, and nothing in it changes.
- On a short call we walk you through exporting your contact list from your own account. You send us the file, and we import it into the CRM with every detail your team saved on each person.
- Anyone already in the CRM is matched by phone or email, so you won't end up with the same customer twice.
- A tag column comes in as tags on each contact, and any other column can become its own field.
- Your saved replies go in as quick replies that everyone answering your number shares. Your team types / and the shortcut, the way WhatsApp Business does it.
Can your number come too? We check on the demo call
That depends on how your current provider set your number up. We look at your setup on the call and tell you whether it moves as it is, so you'll know before you've paid anything.
How your contacts come out of Wati, SleekFlow and respond.io
Each tool has its own export. On a short call our team walks you through it from your own account, you send us the file and we do the import, so we never need your login. We read their help pages on 1 November 2026, and this is the route each one gives.
- Wati: open Contacts and press Export to CSV. Wati says the file holds every contact with its attributes. Its tags sit on conversations rather than contacts, so from Wati it's the attributes that come across, each as a field. Sources: contact export and attributes and tags, read 1 Nov 2026.
- SleekFlow: open a contact list, choose More actions, then Export list. Each contact property becomes a column, and it exports one list at a time, so you send us one file per list. Source: contact lists, read 1 Nov 2026.
- respond.io: go to Workspace settings, then Data settings, Data export and Contacts. The owner or a manager of your workspace runs it, and the file stays up for 7 days. Source: data export, read 1 Nov 2026.
On another tool? Tell us on the call or WhatsApp us. If it can save your contacts as a CSV file, we can import them.
What to save from your old tool before you cancel
Your chat history stays behind, because the import only brings in contacts. If you'd like a copy, export it before you cancel your old plan. On Wati that's under Settings, then Import/Export Chats, and respond.io does it from the same Data export page. SleekFlow's chat export depends on your plan.

What your bill looks like after the switch
WhatsApp Inbox is $119 a month on an annual plan ($149 month to month). That covers one WhatsApp number and three people, with the CRM included. Your number is connected for you, with no Meta per-message fees, and automated messages are paced within daily limits and sending hours. An extra person is $15 a month and an extra number is $29. There's no setup fee, and moving your contacts is part of setting up the Inbox, at no extra cost.

How the switch works: our team does the moving
Book a demo call and tell us which tool you're on. We'll check how your number is set up there.
Once you've signed up, we walk you through exporting your contacts and tags on a short call. You send us the file and we import it into the CRM. Nothing goes in until we've checked the counts.
We paste in your saved replies and set up your job board from the ready-made board for your trade.
Then your number is connected for you, and your team logs in to reply from one inbox.
