Example chat, Sunday 9:48pm, with a made-up tuition centre

Parent: hi, my daughter P5, got maths class on weekends? how much
Agent: Hi! P5 Maths runs on Saturday at 10am and Sunday at 2pm, at $280 a month for four lessons. Is she preparing for anything in particular, like PSLE next year?
Parent: yes PSLE next year
Agent: Thanks. For a trial class, would Saturday 10am or Sunday 2pm suit you better? And is Bishan or Tampines nearer?

Example chat with a made-up centre. Yours answers from your own fees and timetable. Booking the trial class in the chat comes with the Growth and Scale plans.

Weekend enquiries shouldn’t wait until Monday

Parents shop for a centre after dinner and on weekends, which is when your desk is closed. They message three centres at once, and the first one to reply with a fee and a trial class slot usually gets the trial class.

In the day, your admin answers the same fee and timetable questions between lessons. In January and the school holidays it gets worse, because new-year sign-ups and holiday programme questions land in the same week.

Level, subject, days, branch: it asks what your admin asks

We set the questions up with you. Most centres start with these:

Which level and subject is this for? For example P5 Maths or Sec 3 Chemistry. (Enrichment centres ask the child’s age and the class instead.)

Is your child preparing for an exam this year, like PSLE or O-Levels?

Which days and times suit a trial class: weekday evenings or weekends?

Which branch is nearer to you?

Is this for one child, or for siblings too?

It answers the parent’s own questions as it goes, from your fees and timetable, in the language they wrote in.

It talks fees and timetables. Results stay with your teachers.

  • It doesn’t promise grades or compare your centre with others.
  • It asks for the parent’s name and the child’s level, not the child’s full name, school reports or photos.
  • A question about a child’s learning needs goes to your team with the whole chat.

Your admin gets the parent, the level and the trial class time

When a parent needs a person, the chat goes to your admin with the whole thread, so nobody asks the parent twice.

  • Every parent is filed in your CRM, on a board with your centre’s columns: Enquiry, Trial booked, Trial done, Enrolled, Not enrolled.
  • On the Growth and Scale plans, it offers trial class slots your calendar shows as free and books one. The parent moves to Trial booked and gets a reminder that morning and 2 hours before.
  • On Growth and Scale, a parent who goes quiet in a chat the agent is handling gets one follow-up, and no more after that.
  • People selling to your centre, spam and job seekers get one polite line, and the chat closes. In a test on our own WhatsApp on 22 September 2026, the check kept out 67 of 73 non-buyers and turned away none of 52 real enquiries.

Growth, $590 a month: trial class bookings, reminders and one follow-up

Most centres start on Growth. Prices are in Singapore dollars with no GST added. The first price is on an annual plan, with month to month in brackets.

  • Growth, $590 a month ($740). Up to 1,000 new conversations a month, which covers a January rush. It books trials into your calendar with a reminder that morning and 2 hours before, follows up once when a parent goes quiet, and replies on WhatsApp to your website form enquiries. Inbox for 5.
  • Starter, $390 a month ($490). Up to 300 new conversations. It answers and asks your questions, and your admin books the trial class. Inbox for 3.
  • Scale, $990 a month ($1,240). Up to 3 WhatsApp numbers, one for each branch, and 3,000 conversations, with chats assigned to the right person. Inbox for 10.

Every plan keeps your current number and is set up by our team, with no setup fee. Our promise: the agent replies to new enquiries within a minute, 24/7. Meta’s WhatsApp message fees are passed through at cost. Monthly plans have a one-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice. Annual plans are paid up front, with no refund after 14 days. See full pricing

See which enquiries became students

Every parent sits on one board from Enquiry to Enrolled, with where they came from. At the end of a term you can count how many trials became students. Every agent plan includes the shared WhatsApp inbox and this CRM.

If your admin would rather answer every chat, the WhatsApp Inbox and CRM runs on its own from $119 a month for one number connected for you, 3 users and the same board, or $239 a month with an agent your team trains itself.

Need more enquiries first? We also run the search and ads that bring parents in:

  • Local SEO, from $700 a month: your map listing for searches like “tuition centre near me” or “maths tuition Bishan”.
  • SEO, from $600 a month: a page for each level and subject you teach.
  • Google Ads, from $250 a month: Search campaigns timed for the start of the year and the weeks before exams, with every enquiry going to the agent.
  • Facebook and Instagram ads, from $500 a month: ads to parents who live near each branch.
  • Social media posts, from $500 a month: posts and short videos of your teachers explaining a topic.

Questions centre owners ask us

Will parents be annoyed if it keeps messaging?
It doesn’t keep messaging. It replies when a parent writes, follows up once at most on Growth and Scale, and any parent can ask for a person.
Our timetable changes every term. Does the agent keep up?
Yes. Send us the new timetable and fees and we update it. Tuning runs monthly on Starter, every 2 weeks on Growth and weekly on Scale.
Can it collect the trial class fee?
No. It books the trial class, and payment stays with your admin.
Does it run on our current WhatsApp number?
Yes. Parents keep messaging the number they already have.
What happens on the demo call?
It takes 30 minutes. We show the agent answering a parent’s enquiry like yours and tell you which plan fits. If it won’t pay for itself, we’ll say so.

Next term’s parents are already asking. Who replies first?

Book a demo call and bring a few of last week’s chats. We’ll show you the agent answering them with your fees and your timetable.

Or message our own agent on WhatsApp and see how it replies.
