Example chat, Tuesday 3:10pm, with a made-up aircon servicing company

Customer: Hi, how much for aircon servicing? 3 units
Agent: Hi! General servicing is $25 per unit for 3 units or more. Is it a regular service, or is something wrong, like water leaking or a unit not cooling?
Customer: one is leaking water
Agent: Thanks. Our technician will check that one on site. Which area are you in, and would Thursday 10am or Saturday 2pm suit you?

Example chat with a made-up company. Yours answers from your own price list. Booking in the chat comes with the Growth and Scale plans.

How much, how soon, which area: the same three questions, all day

Quote requests arrive while you’re measuring a kitchen, up a ladder with an aircon unit, or driving between two cleans. You reply that night, and by then the customer has booked whoever answered first.

The chats you do answer take a while. Every customer asks how much, how soon and which area, and you can’t price the job until you’ve seen the unit, so the photos take three more messages. Then the booking lives in a screenshot on somebody’s phone.

You can’t price without seeing the unit. It asks for the photos.

We set the questions up with you for your trade. Most companies start with these:

What’s the job? Renovation: the kitchen, the bathrooms or the whole unit? Aircon: a regular service, a repair or a new installation? Cleaning: a one-off, a weekly clean, or a move-in or move-out clean?

What type of home is it, and how big? HDB, condo or landed, how many rooms, and how many aircon units.

Which area is it in?

When do you need it? Renovation: when do you collect your keys? Aircon and cleaning: which day suits you?

Could you send a few photos? The floor plan, the unit, or the area to clean.

It quotes the ranges on your price list and says the final price comes after the details or a site visit. It doesn’t promise permits or approval times, and for an aircon fault it books a technician instead of guessing.

You get the job details and photos, ready to quote

When a job needs you, the chat comes over with the whole thread: the answers, the photos and the area.

  • Every enquiry is filed in your CRM, on a board with your columns: Enquiry, Quote sent, Job booked, Job done, Paid, Lost.
  • On the Growth and Scale plans, it offers slots your calendar shows as free and books the site visit or service. The job moves to Job booked, and the customer gets a reminder that morning and 2 hours before.
  • On Growth and Scale, a customer who goes quiet in a chat the agent is handling gets one follow-up, and no more after that.
  • Suppliers, agencies and job seekers get one polite line, and the chat closes. In a test on our own WhatsApp on 22 September 2026, the check kept out 67 of 73 non-buyers and turned away none of 52 real enquiries.

Every job on one board, not in screenshots

Each job moves from Enquiry to Paid on one board your team shares. Once you’ve sent a quote, move the job to Quote sent and set a follow-up reminder, so a quiet customer gets a call instead of being forgotten. Every agent plan includes the shared WhatsApp inbox and this CRM.

If your team would rather answer every chat, the WhatsApp Inbox and CRM runs on its own from $119 a month for one number connected for you, 3 users and the same board, or $239 a month with an agent your team trains itself.

Need more jobs first? We also run the search and ads that bring them in:

  • Local SEO, from $700 a month: your map listing for searches like “aircon servicing near me” or “move out cleaning Jurong”.
  • SEO, from $600 a month: a page for each service you sell, from HDB renovation packages to chemical overhauls.
  • Google Ads, from $250 a month: Search campaigns on your service and area, with every enquiry going to the agent.
  • Facebook and Instagram ads, from $500 a month, and social media posts, from $500 a month: your finished projects and jobs, in photos and short videos.

Questions owners ask us

Will it give customers a price?
It gives the ranges on your price list and tells them the final price comes after the details or a site visit.
My jobs run in WhatsApp groups with contractors. Does it join those?
No. It answers customers who message your business number, one chat at a time. Your contractor groups stay as they are.
We do aircon and cleaning. Can one agent handle both?
Yes. It works from the price list and questions you give it, so a company with two services gives it both.
Does it run on our current WhatsApp number?
Yes. Customers keep messaging the number they already have.
What happens on the demo call?
It takes 30 minutes. We show the agent answering a quote request like yours and tell you which plan fits. If it won’t pay for itself, we’ll say so.

Tonight’s quote requests will land while you’re off the clock. Who answers?

Book a demo call and bring a few of last week’s chats. We’ll show you the agent answering them with your prices and your questions.

Or message our own agent on WhatsApp and see how it replies.
