Question 1

How does Add-On Media Services pricing work here?

Accepted Answer

Every package is priced on deliverables, not hours. You can see the exact quantities before you pay — how many keywords, campaigns, posts or pages you get each month — so you are comparing like for like instead of a vague monthly retainer.

Question 2

Do I have to commit to a year?

Accepted Answer

No. You choose the commitment at checkout and pay for the whole term up front: monthly, quarterly, 6 months or annual. Annual saves up to 30% on the monthly rate, 6 months up to 20% and quarterly up to 10%. Monthly plans have a one-month minimum, then you can stop with 30 days' notice. Annual plans have no refund after 14 days.

Question 3

Can I buy online, or do I have to speak to sales first?

Accepted Answer

You can buy online. Pick a package, choose your contract length and check out — no account or sales call required. If you would rather talk it through first, you can book a free 30-minute consultation instead.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, and Atome for buy-now-pay-later. Payments are processed by HitPay; we never see your card details.

Question 5

What happens straight after I pay?

Accepted Answer

You get an order confirmation by email and are invited to book a kickoff meeting with your Client Success Manager, who walks you through onboarding and what we need from you to start.

Question 6

Why are you cheaper than other agencies?

Accepted Answer

We run a full-time in-house team rather than subcontracting departments out, so there is no middle-man margin on top of the work. That is what lets us deliver the same or better scope at 2-3X lower rates.

Question 7

What if I find the same scope cheaper elsewhere?

Accepted Answer

Packages marked "We Price Match" do exactly that. Send us the competing quote with its deliverables and we will match it on like-for-like scope.
